Submission process

How a public article, expert essay, or source lead becomes a reviewed archive page.

Contributors can send material to the editorial team. Internal editors then draft, review, clear rights, preview, and publish records with a visible approval trail.

Create a new personality record and fill name, era, tradition, works, biography, timeline, sources, and source-confidence notes.

Upload an image or PDF in Media and fill rights status, credit line, watermark flag, caption, and public delivery setting.

Create an Expert Essay, attach the submitted Word/PDF file, paste extracted text, edit the draft, and check Expert Approved.

Create a Story with video, audio, or text format, transcript segments, chapters, related personalities, and sources.

Create a social post draft for LinkedIn or X, connect it to an article or story, and leave it in approval status.

Create an AI work request for reader Q&A, summary, metadata suggestions, or video draft generation.

Use the Preview button on supported records before publishing so editors can review the public page shape.

Visitors can create a subscriber account and submit as an author, editor, or reader.

Author and editor requests are reviewed before staff privileges are granted. Authors must provide a biography so approved contributors can later appear on the public contributors page with proper credit.
